I would suggest eSchwab, or Schwab web site. If locked out at web, can still trade over phone at higher cost though. Not the cheapest of internet trading, but I find them very reliable in execution.

Re: techs, I think they aren't topping out at all, in fact, they are beginning to make their next big move to the upside (breaking out). Sure we'll see possible profit-taking tomorrow, but this run should last into Feb and maybe into March, unless Uncle Bill, Asia, or son of Saddam gets back into the missile bio-warfare. The techs have felt the pain for too long IMO, time for them to shine my friend. Meanwhile, it looks NOVL already filled that gap this morning. Looks very healthy, and hopefully we're be looking back at 8+ within a week. Getting support from other software stocks, and NOVL is in that sexy sector...networking software.
