At this point, virtually all the facts are disputable. Ultimately, juries will decide what the facts are, if it comes to that.

Having said that, you can't ignore the entirety of the present circumstances. Look at the stances of the parties and observe the yawning lack of any facts coming out of the WH that would exonerate Clinton. They must have none or otherwise they would have come out. So they are left with unsupported denials and trying to destroy any witnesses who might tell the truth.

Even most of Clinton's defenders have said he's lied about having sexual relations with Monica. Therefore, I'd say it's safe to make the small leap and to say at this point that Clinton most probably lied under oath in Federal court.
