Nice joke. The deposition is in lieu of actual appearance, so it would still considered to "lying under oath in a Federal court" because the sworn deposition will be there.

Having said that, Slick can still lie in person if he wants.

Duncan purportly has a law degree. If so, why do you think he continues to make so many basic errors when discussing legal matters, independent of his opinion of the morality of President McMuffin et al? Clarification of his argument that Clinton "lied under oath in Federal Court" is necessary.
