Janice, do you have any idea how easy it is to lift fingerprints off of documents and compare them? DNA is just icing on the cake. Read my earlier posts. You heard it here first.

I heard there is no such dress, that in fact they took a pant suit from her home. I do believe ML's lawyer was attibuted with comments saying he knows of no such dress. One thing people tend to forget. ML never asked for any of this. She made some comments to a friend(?). Those words were said in confidence. She never had any intention for those words to become public. If she was lying when she said them, God only knows her motivation. Could be to incite jealousy among peers, who knows, who cares. BTW Duncan, 2 points...facts are not disputable,am I not correct here? 2) Clinton or any one for that matter, would be vey busy if he tried to dispell every accusation hurled his way. Why dignify such ludicrise (sp?) insinuations with a comment, which would surely only be fodder for more BS. He would only be accused of trying to obscure the facts anyway. The truth will unfold, and the players shown for what they truly are, he need not participate in the mudslinging. As a matter of fact, he has said all he needs to say, "I did not have sexual relations with this woman". Nothing unclear in there for me.
I hope you respond reasonably to this, and not take my words out of context. I as you, know nothing in certainty either, but I'm willing to admit it.

Regards
Frank

>>it cannot be proved that they ever had a sexual relationship unless they were caught in the act.

You mean it cannot be proved to you. But then you have to rely on a third party.

Anyway, that's not in any way the legal reality. Direct evidence (Monica's testimony) and even circumstantial evidence can prove it to a jury's satisfaction.
