He Chaired JFK1's 1960 campaign against Nixon. That's partisan
Starr is a political innocent in comparison.

Yes, Diogeron, I agree that the public will probably side with Clinton over Ken Starr until there is hard evidence corroborating the tryst. But what then? I suspect they may still discount it, and not even care that Clinton directly lied to them, after asking them to trust him.

However, I think the public is so wishy washy that they study hard news for about two minutes a day at most, and that is my primary concern. Mrs. Clinton just mentioning a conspiracy which seems to include the entire mainstream press was enough to send opinion off in a different direction. I am worried that it is SO easy to spin public opinion. Her argument is irrational at best.

I didn't hear the stuff about Starr, but I did hear this morning that two aides have testified, apparently, that Clinton met with Lewinsky late last month, to coach her on her testimony apparently.
