I can understand why you're a fan of natural gas. It certainly is better than coal. Today the Wall Street
Journal wrings its hands over the possibility that the coal industry might further decline under Biden.
Thousand of mercury-poisoned and water polluted residents in many parts of the world hope that is the
case. The rest of the planet needs a decline in fossil fuel use. Period.

I posted this to another poster who had comments about my post as well.
What I am saying is that we have a unique problem that evolution did not prepare us for.

Modern science and technology.

And the ONLY solution is to think our way out of it. We need to get smarter.

According to Flynn, we can add 60 points or more to our IQ through education.

Therefore it would be smart for every nation to have free education, so we humans can have as many people thinking at a higher order as possible-which cannot be achieved without development of the mind, one way or the other.

I.e. we are born with our instincts to kill animals to eat, and to protect the tribe, but we are not born smart!

We have to become smart, and we need to be smart to survive what we are facing in our Brave New Word.

Now it is probably not possible for us to get past this period very well anyway, but we have to take our best shot.

We cannot just give up.
