Yep pretty good going forward... looking forward to emulating your pickling / salsa skills and may even try my hand at sauerkraut.. That stuff is great on hot dogs :) Will be looking at putting the dehydrator I bought last year to a heavier workout, Been spending time with my 27 years old as she contemplates her next move, back to Oz but she is also now considering Bermuda and Costa Rica.. Anyway I still had some of the zucchini I dried and spiced in different fashions.. she approved greatly and took 4 zipbags with her last week :) Bernie
