Duncan It's funny but I talked to my dad this morning since I had not talked to him in a couple of weeks and I was almost going to tease him about it but I didn't. I think it will be a sore subject for awhile. He made his call and I almost did the same back in December but as I told him the fundimentals of the business were actually getting better irrespective of Asia. My dad still holds a few thousand shares but sold off about 90% of his holdings back in dec. My brother I believe sold all of his. I talked them into looking at Cisco back in 92 and they bought in long term about a year after I did. They fear Cisco faces competition from LU. I don't agree with that, LU is not a serious competitor. (It could be, but not at this moment) After a slowdown this last spring the business has shifted over to Cisco's game plan and they are finally putting the "pedal to the metal". It's going to be fun listening to the conference call, just a few more days! regards Eric
