I have been so busy in the evening helping a close friend build a sand bag wall to protect his business from the high tides we are getting in So. Calif the last few nights, except for my report, that I have not read the new S/3A.

Were all the other stuff that Rich posted contained in it also? I understand the number of shares could change of stock price. If that being the case, then it is somewhat old news. As I recall, I posted the URL for the Dec 23, 97 S/3A filing. One does have to remember, there is NO PROOF that the "investor" has sold short!!! Just the what if stuff.

From what I understand, the 5/8th was done on a sale of January Bounce investors getting out of there position since the stock did not bounce. The stock did recover. There are other reason for weak stock price:

The failed merger

The finance deal most believe being shorted. Just suppose that is not true????? And everyone was feed a line of "thats what happens with these deals. But everyone has a freedom of speak, even if they are wrong at a later date. Time will tell the story.

Year end tax selling. That IMHO was the biggest cause in stock price drop!!!!
