California doesn't restrict natural gas heating in any manner. But you and your witless fellow residents have restricted natural gas city-wide. We'll see how that works out for you. Please stop expecting and demanding Los Angeles and the state of California to come running to your rescue. You're fully entitled to enjoy all of the stupid decisions you want to make.
