I didn't see the part about the buy back but I hope they are. I was disappointed in the next Q's forecast but that's an unusual expense. I consider it a merger expenses etc... growing pain... Overall, luke warm report based on the unfortunate expense next Q. I think it's a good idea just a painful item to swallow. If Cymer can get more $$$ for newer equiptment than so be it. The buy back if true will help. It was a penny above my estimate and a couple $Mil above my estimate on backlog. Aloha
