Matthew, Thank you for the very good update. I understand what you are saying about a few people available to respond, and I have found that there has always been a positive event right around the corner. I'm very glad to hear about the financing that is underway because it is obvious that our agressive growth doesn't come for free.

I know that '98 will be an exciting and rewarding year. Be sure to ask for stock options and get help from experts as to how to ask to be properly rewarded for being in on the ground floor and for all the "unpaid" efforts. (I hope those things are in place).

Slim

MATT:
Thanks for the update! I recieved a fax copy from Frank Landi Sr. earlier this afternoon. He stated that there were some 400 (appx) e-mail requests for information. That suggests a massive following out there. Investors just waiting to see this stock start to move before they jump in!!

Item #6 states "the company believes that it will be able to qualify for "Nasdaq Small Cap" listing in mid 1998". Is the stock price of $1.00 plus necessary to qualify?? If so, as it approaches that price one would expect the same forces that have driven us down will force us into a respectable price range.

Bring on the good news and those 400 lurkers!

JOE

MATT:
Last question from me this month! With financial reporting just around the corner we will obviously need a strong PR firm. Have we selected a suitable company yet and if so when will they come on line?

Thanks again for the latest update!

JOE

$$MATT$$
We're all out here screaming for numbers while your convalescing. Here's some old numbers that I came accross! In a write-up from early 1997 I quote, "Projections? Landi expects Araldica to produce $3 million revenues in 1997, growing to $9 million by 1999, with 10% pretax profit this year expanding to 20% in the next two years."
**********************************************************************
Your "overview report" states that the company increased its sales from under $1 million annually to approximately $10 million annually in the last 12 months.
*********************************************************************
That translates to sales 300% of projected or more than 200% above projected. We desperately need a high powered PR Firm to let the WORLD know about Araldica!! When this article was written the stock was trading at $1.70. If the projected sales were a little modest so as to be achievable then at the very least we DOUBLED any reasonable expectation.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I'm not really certain what people consider "hype", but this kind of news has to be shared.

I think that once our new PR Firm takes charge we should all be feeling pretty good about our investment in ARALDCA. The questions about where we get listed and when won't seem nearly as important once the WORD gets out and the stock values reclaim their life!!
