Electrohome issued its news release today that the restructuring had been approved by Revenue Canada and that it should be finalized by the end of April.

This being the case why are the shares still being traded at a discount to the valuation of the Baton shares and no value is being accorded the Visual Communication business.

It appears to me that the Baton shares, currently trading at $23.70 should be valued at approx. $20.00 per EL share (EL owns 7 million BNB shares and there are 8 million EL shares outstanding).

Visual Communications with sales of approx. $100 million should be worth a few dollars.

Unless I am making an error in my assumptions the shares currently at $19.00 are discounted by approx. 25% IMO.

Have you heard any estimates of the share prices when the company is restructured into its 2 components.
