.....yep........but a couple of irreplaceable friends and 5 years invested in plantings on my property trumps moving .....plus I can't imagine not having the 4 seasons...........with fall my favorite by far..............fortunately money is not an issue although I can assure you for many native NYers, it most definitely is.......they are abandoning NY in droves ....replaced by immigrants and illegals from just about anywhere you can imagine.................I call Poughkeepsie ..........."Oaxaca on the Hudson"
