The following is UNCONFIRMED INFORMATION from someone over on the Yahoo message board. Read at your own risk. Interesting though. Anyone with similar supposed connections that can confirm or refute?:

<I've been doing some detective work, and I located the guy responsible for testing the GigaMux at Brooks. I requested a test status via E-mail, and this was his response, "We have successfully multiplexed 16 OC-48 channels over a 100KM fiber optic ring in Stocton and we have a mean Bit Error Rate of 10 to the minus 14."
This doesn't mean anything to me so I showed it to our system administratorat work, (who is currently having a new fiber optic system installed in our assembly plant). I also showed him a couple of the articles that Elf suggested we read. Well, his eyes got big, and he said, "This is very, very impressive." He was suprised to see such a low error rate.
The price of this stock will take off when these test results offically hit the street. The only thing that will limit this stock is the company officers ability to manage the explosive growth rate during the next two years. >

The last two lines are clearly hype, but what about the rest? Any takers?
