Thought the conferance call answered a heck of alot of the questions that I have been hearing on the thread. Thats one great price for myriad, looks to me like Ira is one sharp guy. I would think from the tone of what Ira said in the conferance call that the price of the stock at the time of the draw down was the factor of price. Maybe I am wrong don't know but thats what I got. Remember aquistions that are imediatly accretive only push up earnings and EPS, as long as the stock price is reasonable. I think Cheryl maybe a little conservative on her one dollar estimate at least I hope so. Good Luck PHILL
