I watch this trend closely.. I have already bought a property based on my vision of new mantra.. not location location location as much as location location location PLUS net access net access net access!!!!

Interesting but that is just .3% of 526M SF of office space.. How much longer before these tech giants crash and fall? Definitely see vast sums of capital flow out of the city to lower coats, newer housing stocks, better lifestyle, safe low crime lots of amenities and nature. Decentralization, rapid growth, exhuban sprawl new area exploding will redefine US landscape politically and economically. Dems need this election badly so the feds can bail out CA, NY and NJ..
