If there is true momentum in on-line bill pay and presentment, it should begin to show itself very soon. The key players, systems and relationships are in place, and either the bank-led model for electronic consumer banking will begin to pan out, or some other paradigm will sneak in and grab the prize. I liked your rocket analogy from the other day, and I'm hoping your right. Charlie
