What are you saying? Do you think she is qualified? I'll be happy to weigh in here. Of course, Barrett is qualified. Law school professor; 7th circuit judge; ABA approved. Strikes me as qualified. Is she acceptable? Good heavens. Not. She is clearly a part of the right wing judicial push to cancel the strong SC push through the 60s, 70s, and 80s to enact the constitutions equality provisions. And is clearly part of a self conscious push for minority rule. Embodded in the courts.
