It was so nice to see Obama speaking, so as to remind us how an intelligent sane person behaves-lol. We have been acclimating to a crazy person and gotten too use to it.

That statement was from Patrik Baboumian who is in the video. He holds or used to hold several world records including 2015 Veg Fest yoke-walk, 560 kg (1,230 pounds) in 28 seconds [11] en.wikipedia.org Game Changers convinced me to change my diet and add a lot more veggies and less meat. Not sure I have the commitment yet to try vegan. I plan to watch the interview you posted on nutrition this weekend.
