Question to all,

If I interpret Dr. Imhof's 1975 data to imply that the tablets he used were rapidly absorbed for one reason or another. And that Grant Gwinup publicly disclosed oral phentolamine as treatment for ED. Do these two items taken together constitute prior art? Restated more clearly, Zonagen would have known from reading the literature, that other people's public disclosure of prior art and invention, demonstrated a)oral phentolamine led to a statistically beneficial treatment of ED. and b) that Phentolamine by itself was rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream by the gut.

I'm hounding this patent question because nobody wants to answer it directly except TA and he thinks this is all a hoax. If this is so, I really don't see how they can market their pills unless SGP is the manufacturer, and they will have to compete with generic drug companies who can market the exact same formulation because their patent claims would not be allowed because the formulation is too obvious. Would someone PLEASE comment?

Here's an email that was just sent to me by a confident, well-informed Zonagen investor:

----------------
You seem very worried that the price of zona has been going up. I would be too, but I am not a hardened, low-life, unethical slimey human being, like you are.
-----------------

Unfortunately, this person anonymized his email so I couldn't respond directly, so I'll just respond publicly:

Dear Sir,

I now have a lot of the money that was lost by the victims of this fraud because I was and continue to be 100% correct about this company and its management. The fact that the stock has bounced off the floor doesn't worry me in the slightest, since I began shorting at a much, much higher price. Eventually, it will fall even lower.

Zonagen is a fraud and a scam, and Joe Podolski is a filthy crook.

Barbara, Scherring took a hit with CORR because drug companies ar edesperate to get anyhting into the larket. If they ( any drug Co ) can get to approve a pill , whether Vasomax or Viagra or
any other pill that is only slightly better , or no beter, than placebo, with tolerable side effects ( patient gets to read the warnings in the package label, gg) the Co will strike a gold mine. By the time the docs and the public find out it doesn't work they've made all their money back and some. That is why they keep sending pills up the Hill in Washington ( with appended political contributions for years ).It's another racket as far as I am concerned.

Queation: If Bill-drop-my-pants-Clinton gets booted out of office with the 50 years in power Democratic Congress, do you think the political/drug manufacturing corrupt system will improve or do you think the Republicans are going to pick up from where the Democrats left? ( I am afraid the lattter, if tobacco is any clue ).
