Tom: If I may interject. I think it is obvious that one statement has to do with the provision of ISP service and the other has to do with telephony service. But keep searching maybe you will find a contradiction in that S-1 somewhere.

Thomas, why thank you! I was waiting for those irrelevant passages that you provide. It is not surprising that you do not understand the difference between an ISP, A NextGen Telco or a hardware manufacturer. Thank you for admitting this, so that everyone can understand your lack of understanding. You honesty is appreciated! What's the difference, well what's the difference between who you pay your Internet Bill to and who you pay your phone bill to, except if it FNET then you can do both.<GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG> You are the best! no .you clear it up for yourself.I m happy with my investment you are not because you screwed up and lost a few bucks.You cant get it back by trying to have other people lose their money.You can by reinvesting over the next month and if the gods are favorable we will see fnet deployed then later ipod and multimillion dollar dvgs for intranet applications.Then you may get you money back with a profit.What in heavens name can you gain by trying to have other people lose their money?
