Ward,

I don't see the distinction between the two business segments. Are you inferring they will not seek an ISP presence overseas, but will sell their hardware ? Can you elaborate ?

By the way, I suggest that you read the "new S-1a" very carefully. Even to an untrained eye, Ftel's financial future seems highly leveraged.

Pay particular attention to the section regarding " Convertible Shares " their due date and short selling ( Page # 35 ). Also please note the amount of shares that are available for issue ( 90,000,000 ), which can and have been issued to pay debt, loans, purchases, private placements, lucrative options plans, etc etc.

Ward,

Also, please take a look at Page # F-35 of that same S1a, you will see many familiar names ( from this board )as owners of those Convertible Shares that I mentioned in my previous post.

Regards,
Tom
