Folks, back to the fundamentals! There is the "basic" EPS. Let's call it "A". Then there is the fully-diluted EPS to adjust for bonds that will be converted to shares in the future. Let's call it "B". Now, there is also another EPS to adjust not only for convertible bonds, but also for stock-options issued to employees. Let's call it "C".

So, the relation between A, B and C can be expressed as :

A > B > C (i.e. A is the highest and C is the lowest).
