Linda,

That is the beauty of patent law. You don't have to track down the patent investigator to supply him or her with information. If you send a letter to Zonagen with your concerns regarding the patent, they must, by law, forward your comments and concerns to the investigator.

I think that this will not be missed by any patent reviewer worth his salt. I could be wrong. Also, I would be willing to bet Asensio beat me to the punch ;-)
