Not surprisingly, hydrogen customers don't purchase "green hydrogen" due to the excessive cost.

There's a a disturbing level of make-believe in alternate energy schemes which is best described as magical thinking. Environmentally destructive "Green" power with a dirty little secret, as magically insane as Donald Trump's electric cars fueled by coal-fired electricity.

Just because hydrogen can be converted from water by electrolysis doesn't mean that's what used.

Instead making hydrogen is a CO2 intensive business which is released into the atmosphere, without the addition of a CO2 capture and ground injection system.
