Joe,

Zen, dude.

It always amazes me that there are even sellers in this environment with the rocket about to blast off. Guess these are daytraders getting their 1/8 and 1/4 kicks.

Timing is EVERYTHING. Maybe Scott needs to attend a class on marketing and PR. Hell, maybe they should hire someone from our board to take care of this.

Enough said, enjoy the ride.

All:

Waterhouse researched this for me today. The Fed told them that TPRO was announced approved on Jan 26th but that it won't come into effect until February 9th. Waterhouse will provide marginability on February 9th, but not today.

Given that we're talking 10 days till marginability, I'm going to try to hold my position, but I'm not sure I can, due to margin calls.

I also learned that it's possible that a stock will appear in a margin account and not be providing margin buying power, so the fact that a stock is shown in a margin account at Waterhouse will not provide indication that it's marginable.

Joe,

TAVA needs to do something, now, about PR. Combining too much news in one release is counterproductive. With so much good news coming what's our best course of action to insure management gets the message and either hires a competent firm or a qualified in-house person who understands the game. I'd toss in 500 of my shares to hire Karl and Cheryl. Now that's what we need!

Orchestrate this Joe. You da man!
