As a non-American I have a few questions regarding Identity Documents and the Rules that govern individual voting in the USA :-

1) Does an American citizen have an Identity document ... either a Card or an ID Book ?

2) Can an American citizen only vote in a particular constituency where he/she is Registered to vote ?

3) It seems in many US States (at least 19 of them) that one can just pitch up at the voting station and vote without showing any proof of identity as to whether or not one is entitled to vote ?

The reason I ask is because of all this uncertainty and apparent lack of control that one sees in an American General Election and the possibility of having this postal voting potential for "fraud" if one hasn't registered beforehand for a postal vote.

In my part of the world :-

1) Each and every citizen MUST have an Identity Document, either a card or book with one's photograph and copy of one's finger print in/on it.

2) A citizen here can ONLY VOTE in the constituency where he/she is registered.

3) Before you are given your Voting form, which contains the names of all the political parties and relevant candidates, your identity is checked against the voting register for your constituency. When you are identified as a bone fide voter you are given your voting form.

4) When you receive your voting form a mark is made on your thumbnail with INDELIBLE INK making it virtually impossible to Vote Twice on the same day ......... ONLY NOW can you Vote !!

To the best of my knowledge we have never had disputes in my part of the world with regard to "Voter Fraud".

Let's keep track of Pa.

IMO, PA was mis-direction from the very beginning. While we were watching nothing happening in PA overnight, they stole Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada. "Look over there while we steal the election over here."
Only if they return Az to trump can it matter....maybe not even then.

Dems are not good at math. That's why they run(ruin?) things by their feelings.

Other candidates make it harder, at 1.1%, Biden has to overcome that, too.
