Just how many Canadian dollars would it take to buy a japanese beer in a ritzy establishment?

Walt, a Canadian Ten Dollar Bill may cover it, assuming ya didn't want to sit down at a table. If so, then you're talkin' an added table fee--something my wife has yet to fully explain to me :) All these mind-bending differences in daily life....or car-bending if ya drive on the wrong side.
