Jeff, I believe our founding fathers would be appalled to see people in the House of Representatives for 35 years.

Two terms for the Senate and 3 for the House would do wonders toward elleviating the effects of money's influence in Washington.

It wouldn't solve all the problems, but it sure would be a MAJOR step in the right direction.

Michael

Since we own the airwaves and the networks only rent them, perhaps a certain percentage of air time should be made available to all candidates equally and remove all contribution limits but have full and immediate disclosure. Put something like the CNBC ticker running across the bottom of the screen with all contributors and amounts while the candidates are on air making their case.....Clinton on screen while Ryadi, Ryadi, Ryadi, NEA, Ryadi, Ryadi, Ryadi, AFL-CIO, Ryadi, Ryadi, Ryadi scrolls past.... Oh, to be fair, how bout Dole and MO MO MO, NRA, MO, MO, MO,

Signed, bp, equal opportunity cynic.....
