I have spoken about this before.. green energy can be far more easily distributed.. fewer power lines .. and now I think Covid has been a catalyst for the fabled telecommute.. there are so many productivity measuring tools for companies today .. and the savings in office real estate are huge.. Location Location Location will translate as broadband broadband broadband You still IMO NEED that real life FTF experience .. but if you can cut it by 70% .. it saves all around... I was pleased to hear that Mr. Trudeau is pushing for broadband everywhere.. but he has often lied :( ... let's see...

I'm thinking population levels (densities) will be less onerous .. folks want space again... I think high density urban environments (vertical coffins) lose out ... That's the point and renewable energy is tailor made to be distributed as opposed to transmitted over mega lines... The new location location location should be broadband broadband broadband... That's my bet.. I plan on leaving my kids RICH :) This is not a new wag for me.. I just think Covid is bring the point home to many ...
