Farris, I agree that there is far more going on than we know about but I don't understand why you would say that the news released this morning does not warrent this sort of price and volume increase. The news basically confirmed what we had all speculated about over the past several weeks. NRAG is considering several proposals for JV or merger. This is not about obtaining debt, Reg S, issueing more shares, or squeezing by on a few bucks pulled out of the sock drawer. Its about obtaining a partial/full merger/buyout/or JV that will provide sufficient capital to properly exploit existing contracts and assets. Its hints at obtaining a stock price that will achieve a "long time goal of listing on the NASDAQ or AMEX." Sure things could go wrong, but it suggests that the proposals are already submitted and Starr is helping review them. I expect a gap up on Monday!!! JMO
