"Last year, at the State of the Union, [Clinton] had to compete with [the] O.J. Simpson [civil verdict]. Now, he's competing against himself. . He's always up against a lying golfer known for attacking women and leaving DNA behind" (1/27/98)."

This joke on the Tonight Show, really hit the spot. Circumstantial evidence (DNA included), the media frenzy, lies, lawyers, every Dick that new Monica getting his 15 minute byte (the Media is the Message), conspiracy (Right Wing of Course, AKA LAPD), people that know the truth.

The only problem is that they had a consensual relationship, so there was no victim, no crime. It would be good if the man got it off his shoulders, and got back to his job.

Sincerely,

Al Cern

Just wait till the Times and the Post start asking us to write opinion pieces. This could be our fifteen minutes! Larry? Got my number?
