Just a couple of quick thoughts on this subject Larry and all.
At conferance call ( I think is where I heard it ), it was said that Radica would start it's t.v. promo's once the stock was built back up in the stores. That they catch back up in March usually. So this seems normal for this time of the year. Also, Radica seems to have cut their hours and workers #'s back as of Christmas. I do not think they would have done this at the cost of giving up orders so conclude that it was done in line with the drop in orders. Production was 400,000 units per week in Q4 and is less now so, if the stores were to start ordering more, the ability to bring capacity up is in fact there. At CC we were also told that when workers return from CNY, Radica would begin increasing the numbers over when they left. In past years, CYN has accounted for about 3 weeks. I think it works out to be about 1wk for the workers to get to their villages, a week of party time and the return. So I think it will pan out that about 2 weeks will be Q1 as CNY has started this week. FWIW
