This is the problem. Sydney Powell and all should be telling everyone the following. When they ask for "evidence" they need to reply this is a Process Crime. The evidence of fraud is not entirely physical but in the manner in which the the ballots were processed and the machines tabulated. The press keeps treating this as a murder crime scene. At a murder scene there is all kinds of "evidence" just lying around. They need to change the narrative so that they remove this specious argument. Secondly, They need to start telling everyone The Constitution doesn't have a remedy for Fraudulent elections. The Constitution in the 12th Amendment specifies a remedy when you don't get 270 electoral votes in a legitimate election The remedy for this election is a totally new election with only paper ballots and the election is held in one day (24 hr period) as specified in the Constitution.
