FTFT already broke the lower line once in setting up the more extreme one.
It's stalking the lower one now as it goes parabolic with high volume seen as the 8d avg. volume takes a parabolic track.
This is why the "extreme" target line cannot be at all discounted. ---some charts---

2nd chart: Here's the strength coming in with the volume...the part that says "jump". They're saying it now.
...next charts, the stochastics, is the "how high/fast" part.

Relatively speaking, of course. The higher the stochastics go, "higher/faster" becomes more probable when supported by the above.
Especially if the stochastics complex shows no signs of overbought. That condition is usually seen with a 13,8,8 over 80 and deterioration in shorter parameter sets. That is not the case here. A newly kicked 13,8,8 knee is supported by multiple upside x-overs.
The bottom 3 parameter sets do not always agree with each other. Doing so with a 13,8,8 looking like that is nice.
...next...some other knees positioned to kick.

The "3"s -- 4,3,2 and 89,3,5 are the heavy lifters. With the likelihood of these kicking and the overhead room they both (and the whole sto complex) have...I gotta like the extreme target.
The 89,3,5 has been kicking some loose ones during this current climb so far. It's the tighter knees that do best when they kick. The 89,3,5 is tighter now.
...................................technically speaking, of course. ..........................Cue the Jeopardy theme.........................
