pkwknk,

I have to agree with you that the stock is looking strong and is due to go higher. After the big move early this month we haven't given much ground even though there has been no substantive news to help support the price. In the past we have been very news sensitive giving back points during low news periods. One caveat - when a really crappy short term trader agrees with a pretty crappy short term trader - look out below.

We should be getting some additional switch announcements in the next two weeks. Until recently the company would resell first, then install switch and then hubs. As a result, we did not have the speed of deployment advantage or many customers on net until one or two quarters after the switch was up and running. We had to rely on local provider to help install lines and hope the customer wasn't put off by delays beyond Winstar's control. The new policy is to simultaneously begin to build the switches and hubs while beginning marketing and obtaining roof rights. This should accelerate revenue stream from new switched cities and avoid delays caused by having to deal with the local provider. Happier customers and better margins for the company. This appears to be the same strategy that TGNT is utilizing in their buildout.

Has anyone heard anything about the point to multipoint testing and deployment that was due to start in December?
