Who did they tell that they weren't shorting? Do you believe them? I wouldn't.

I don't for one minute because the strategy in discounted convertible includes shorting....in every case.

That's why I supplied links that had nothing to do with me so that people could read up on REG.S/D themselves. I don't have to see the trade confirmations to know they're doing it.

The price destruction in the shares since the signing has confirmed it. I don't have to see those confirms either. I've seen this all several times and read of it many more.

The company has to say what it has to say----they all do. Always. They have no choice. The shareholders would run them out of town on a rail if they admitted that they knew it was happening.

I truly am beginning to wonder if Sokol just didn't understand.

Hard to believe. The other option would be that he is much more deceitful than anyone gives him credit for.

Does he own any special preferred shares or are his all common?

One company was using REG.S financing money to cash in the shares of insiders in a special preferred they owned.

Very nice.

By the way, I'm hearing rumors of a big announcement to come this week.

I believe the announcement could come, but the details of it make me think it's a delaying tactic by the company.
