You will have to get your own information about the current status at the company. I do not post it here any more. You heard a rumor. Big deal. Just like the information you got from your source about the financing and IWN that you jump on to buy shares in the company. But you failed to post that information for the other readings of this thread until you had to be asked. Tell this thread the rumor. Are is it an educated guess on your part to CYA, since I might of gotten some information. You jumped on Rich's post of the S/3A, but you should of done that back in late December 1997 when I posted the URL to the FIRST S/3 filing. You did not even bother to go there and read it. You waited until someone else posted the information to go into your spin mode. Jim
