Standing is the hurdle. But it was a great feat of Texas fighting spirit to sue the battleground states and put the case right square before the Supreme Court.

You are 100% correct. In the lower courts the record is 0-50-1. The SC cannot ignore 50 cases being tossed. Plus there is NO NEW information, i.e. no evidence as proved in all the lower court cases. It's over.
