Of course there are others in the universe or parallel universes. BTW, of all the crazy ideas to not eat meat such as climate change rather than keeping it in your pants and breeding less to put less strain on the planet from over population and too many liberals, I've long said that if space aliens come here and see us eating lower forms of life then their morals might feel we are fair "game" to harvest and sell as delicacies on their home world... So for every steak I enjoy to get "my fair share of carbon" (I have no kids) I risk getting eaten by these aliens. Everything else predicted by Star Trek has come true but for teleportation - I think Mr Heisenberg would make it too risky for me to risk... _Kirk out
