Fubho, If you think a PhD from MIT in EE is equivalent to a Doctor of Education from podunk U, you are most likely operating at a mental level closer to Jill Biden than Lisa Su. Yes, but in this context it doesn't matter whether the doctorate is useful or not. All that matters is that the doctorate degree isn't medical. And according to the WSJ's op-ed, we should only call medical doctors "doctor." I have a friend from college who got her doctorate in nutritional biology and calls herself "doctor," yet she is a stay-at-home mom and hasn't really used her degree all that much. Whatever you think about Joe "You're full of shit" Biden, that should have nothing to do with Jill Biden and her academic accomplishments. Tenchusatsu
