John,

It is clear these folks have been doing something right all along. Not only have a high percentage of their wells come in, people who should know how to evaluate oil companies have ponied up a lot of money for the chance to share in the drilling prospects of the Cambulos.

It is going to be very exciting to watch the progress HEC makes in the next 6 to 9 months.

By the way, can you recommend any good books covering the basics of oil well drilling, particularly those dealing with the specialized vocablulary in common use in this industry? For example, the term permability, oil-water interface, 3-D seismography, etc.?

Enjoy your comments immensely.

Regards,

Jack Simmons

There have been schedules for drilling posted here before but I can't recall the dates... When is the first HEC well on the Cambulos scheduled for drilling. I was my chunk of $227 per share market value <ggg>!!! I know that Prudhoe turned ARCO from a small company into one of the Seven Sisters. If HEC finds 20 billion barrels, they might enjoy a slight increase in price over the current trading range <ggg>!
