Sorry, Steve, but the Cares Act was classic Keynesian economic theory to get more money into the economic to bring it back. The failure to add another layer is both a human and an economic disaster.

A nice jester by the winner for sure! But even though I live in a relatively poor rural area, I could not think of a single person that actually needed help financially.
