unless you are an insider and know the industry intimately Very true in my case, Johnny, and perhaps is the main reason why my bio picks don't fare as well as my tech picks. However, I don't want to ignore a potential sector upswing:)

Your second hand is pretty accurate.. although I still have reservations wrt mutations as there are other factors that make a virus dangerous beyond it simply infecting you.. Since it binds to the ACE-2 protein which is static.. the landing gear so to speak from Covid to Covid mutant need be the same to land .. think Tetris :) but it's ability to hide and remain dormant like herpes for example is troubling for one.. The recognition by landing gear though (so to speak) does make the mRNA process a game changer.. much broader in scope)

I heard some of the best advice possible on the radio again !!! wear a mask, WASH your hands OFTEN and thoroughly .. it works in pretty much all cases :) Flu to Covid to common cold.. I was at Dollarama today .. just now.. buying Christmas wrap.. I watched 3 groups enter before me and 2 right after me.. There was a big bottle of hand sanitizer free for the using .. Only I used it :( entering and leaving

It seems so trivial.. yet is so important

EDIT on Bloomberg today a doctor from John's Hopkins says lockdowns do not really work .. he cited the example of Britain.. So many fleeing before pre announced actual lockdown .. well DUH!!! DOC !.. that is the implementation as in closing the barn door after the horse got out .. Even John's Hopkins doctors can be STUPID... and how many duffuses will key on that ... sigh .. Look at Australia and China.. of course they work when done correctly ..

JC one more thing on the virus.. mRNA method plugs one hole in the dyke..

Gap down to 28500 still very inviting on the DOW :)
