Hey Paul...

Shares outstanding is 12 million and our shares authorised is 50 million.....No, we do not need to reach a $1 share price for small cap (as far as I know), so on the same not I know of no reverse split that would be done.

Perhaps after the audit is released and AWLT's numbers are known, we should badger the company into addressing how they plan to satisfy these requirements. Heck, maybe the audit will show such good numbers and they won't need to. Maybe not.
