Robert: THANX for the URL I posted it on the ZULU-tek thread. Most BB stock holders have the need for the same info that we're asking of AWLT. You wouldn't have listing requirements for AMEX as well??? JOE

Everyone: * If the $1 minimum bid price requirement is not met, the issuer will continue to qualify if the value of the public float is at least $1 million and capital and surplus is at least $2 million. From: financialweb.com Thus , as I said, I don't see the $1 share price as an obstacle..... I do NOT recommend that anyone "badger" the company for any reason (it will backfire on you - I guarantee it!) Ned, yes, it is based on what "I" know...I don't know of any reverse split in the works or even being considered. As always, if anything was to change I will keep the group informed. Matthew
