1. TJ I do not think it will be within SEC regulation

2. If JPM sells you BTC on the market cash in the value and gives you a loan that’s OK

3. JPM has a tax event

4. How will JPM give you back the BTC that you placed in custody with them if the price doubles?

5. JPM buys it back at double the price and has a Tax event as a loss

6. Hard to believe it is permitted and I am not an accountant or attorney to write an opinion.
