For the full third quarter of 2020, we collected approximately 98% of contracted rent and as of October 31, 2020 we have collected approximately 98% of October rents.

How can almost everything office related by closed, and most office workers are working from home, yet this company collects almost all their rent and has zero issues related to the Covid shutdown?

Are the offices really being used, or is insurance covering these payments, or.....what's going on under the covers?

It doesn't make sense that an "office reit" would feel no impact from the work from home situation.

atlanta, dallas, denver, houston markets.
I like TX, CO, AZ and FL for the fastest growing markets. TX is my favorite and hard to find close to 'pure' plays there.

Franklin Street Properties Corp., a real estate investment trust, is focused on investing in institutional-quality office properties in major U.S. markets. FSP's strategy is to invest in select urban infill and central business district (CBD) properties, with primary emphasis on their top five markets of Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, and Minneapolis. FSP seeks value-oriented investments with an eye towards long-term growth and appreciation, as well as current income. FSP's primary real estate operations include property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and asset management. FSP has also been a cyclical investor in San Diego, Silicon Valley, Greater Boston, Raleigh-Durham, and Greater Washington, DC, and will continue to monitor these markets, as well as other markets, for opportunistic investments.

Followed you in for a starter/tracking position. Div yield 8.37% but 6% would be a reversion to the norm if they keep current rate so price target could easily move at/above $6/share.

EKS
