Franklin Street Properties Corp., a real estate investment trust, is focused on investing in institutional-quality office properties in major U.S. markets. The tenants in these properties are not working from home? How can this space be unaffected by the pandemic? I really don't understand. Is there some government provided subsidy which eventually runs out? Surely demand for office space in 2022 will be less than what it was in 2019. Some companies office workers will continue with remote work, reducing demand.
